Holistic Massage Therapy
Massage is suitable for tired muscles, sport aches and pains, relaxation, stress
and many other health issues. I am flexible about where your treatment takes place.
It can be at my home or at a location suitable to you. I am also available for Hotels,
Sporting events, Fundraising days and Parties. I am experienced at tailoring my treatments
for clients with health issues like Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, Motor Neurone Disease
and Parkinsons. As with all Complementary Therapies, an initial consultation is carried
out before the first treatment. I also give after care advice such as stretches and
Healing Response.

Uses a variety of stroking, kneading, pressure and flowing movements over the body
to treat and prevent a huge variety of complaints, or can simply be used for deep
relaxation.
